The amount of L-theanine in each bottle of Voda Collagen Relax is equivalent to that contained in 20 cups of green tea. Niacin contributes to normal psychological functions and normal functioning of the nervous system. It promotes natural relaxation, helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and helps achieve peace of mind.
