Ingredients
Grass (Cynodon dactylon L. Pers.) rhizome 30%, horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) stems sterile, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits, dog rose (Rosa canina L.) rose hips, birch (Betula pendula Roth.) leaves, corn (Zea mays L.) stigmas.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and mix well. Cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove.
Leave to infuse for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then filter. Add, if desired, sugar or honey. We recommend 2 or 3 cups of herbal tea a day away from meals.

storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and away from heat sources. The expiry date indicated refers to the product in its intact and correctly stored packaging.
