Soft cream with a light consistency, developed in collaboration with obstetricians and pharmacists, specific to treat and protect dry and cracked skin of the nipple and breast areola during breastfeeding.
Formulated with organic ingredients, it is suitable for frequent use and is safe for mother and baby.

Also recommended for athletes in case of rubbing redness (perineal area of the cyclist) or in case of "runner's nipple" (nipple irritation in athletes, both men and women, resulting from rubbing with fabrics consisting of rough and hard fibers) .

Wool wax

Lanolin

Lanolin is a wax that is produced by the sebaceous glands of the sheep, precisely in the woolly fleece. Here it performs protective and emollient functions for the protection of the animal. It is made up of a mixture of compounds including higher fatty acid and cholesterol esters.

Used as an emollient in many dermatological products, lanolin leaves the skin soft and hydrated.

Weleda uses a pharmaceutical grade lanolin, of the highest purity and therefore with the least allergic potential.

Beeswax

Beeswax (Cera Alba)

Beeswax is an endocrine secretion product of the bee.

It has excellent skin protective properties, offering the skin protection from dehydration without hindering skin breathing. As a natural emulsifier it helps to keep the consistency of cosmetic preparations stable.
In the Shower Scrub, small spheres of white wax perform a very delicate exfoliating action on the skin.
