WHEAT GERM OIL

Triticum aestivum

Extracted by pressure from wheat germ, it is an oil with good percentages of linoleic, oleic acid, tocopherols, phytosterols, phospholipids and contains vitamins A, E, F, antioxidant substances very important to counteract the formation of free radicals, reduce the atherogenic potential of lipoproteins, strengthen the immune system and integrate modern nutrition. As a food it can be used in case of stress, psycho-physical fatigue and in those who practice sports for the balanced supply of nutrients. Externally it is indicated as anti-aging for relaxed, dry and arid skin as it regenerates cellular and, thanks to its properties, improves couperose and skin blemishes.

CONDITIONS OF USE

for intake we recommend 2-3 teaspoons a day.
