White Egg Syform Cream Caramel - Food Supplement
White Egg is a supplement based on instantized pure egg albumin.
The egg white, after being subjected to a filtration process, is subjected to a spray dried and pasteurized process, without further chemical treatments.
The result is a pure integral extract, which reflects the food source of origin.
Egg white proteins represent one of the protein sources with the highest nutritional value.
They have a biological value of 100, which indicates a very high quality, directly comparable to that of whey proteins; based on the PER (Protein Efficiency Ratio) criterion, ovalbumin would have the highest value, equal to 3.9 against 3.2 for Whey proteins.
The amino acid spectrum of egg albumin is equally valid; they contain 5% less BCAA than whey proteins, but more than double in arginine and an excellent amount of aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine, tyrosine).
For this reason, the egg represents a very valid alternative protein source, in case of intolerances or allergies to the components of milk.
The digestion times of egg proteins are intermediate between those of caseins and those of whey proteins; however, ovalbumin have a very high digestibility, equal to 97%.
Protein from egg white and yolk is completely different in nature.
Egg white contains large amounts of ovalbumin and lower amounts of ovotransferrin, ovoglobulin, lysozyme, ovomucine and ovomucoid (the protein responsible for egg allergies).
From an organoleptic point of view, egg white proteins differ from whey proteins since they taste significantly saltier and are actually rich in sodium, a small handicap compared to the more delicate whey proteins.
INDICATIONS
White Egg is indicated in case of increased protein requirements, when the intake with the diet is insufficient and difficult to sustain, and in particular for subjects with intolerance to milk proteins.
From a nutritional point of view, it represents an excellent source of protein alternative to milk. Due to its favorable action on the trophism and efficiency of the muscle, it is suitable for active and sporty people who want to keep themselves in perfect efficiency; improves elasticity, tone and muscle vigor.
Take 20 g (equal to 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, one or more times a day as needed, preferably between main meals.
