White Kamut Flour Probios

The Khorasan KAMUT® Probios organic flour is obtained from the ancient grain of wheat originating from Egypt, which has maintained its very high nutritional value over time. Khorasan Kamut®, a cereal with precious nutrients from which a very tasty and easily digestible flour is obtained. The white version is obtained after a partial separation of the bran, has good aptitudes to leavening. Suitable for bread making, in the preparation of bread, bread sticks, flatbreads, pizzas and for sweet products. All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in order to maintain the organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
