The wholemeal carrot cakes are produced with the utmost care without lactose, without milk, without gluten, with all the naturalness of carrots, rich in fiber and without palm oil.
Ingrediants
Semi-finished product (corn starch, 7% brown rice flour, potato starch, buckwheat flour, pea protein, raising agents: disodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt), cane sugar, sunflower oil, eggs , carrot pulp 10% (grated carrots, acidity regulators: E270;), whole buckwheat flour 3%, vegetable fibers, invert sugar, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavorings (flavors, ethyl alcohol), thickeners: xanthan gum.
