Thanks to its nutritional properties, instant oatmeal is a perfect food for both ordinary people and athletes: in fact, it provides energy to support the most intense performances and promotes muscle recovery after the workout.
It can also be used to prepare baked goods in addition to or in place of conventional flour or in addition to protein shakers. Available in different flavors, even gluten-free.
HOW TO USE
The product can be used as it is, adding 50 g (two full measures) to 100 ml of water, milk or yogurt. It is possible to vary the amount of liquid to obtain the desired density. Alternatively it can be used as an ingredient to make a delicious dessert.

Oatmeal ; flavorings; sweetener: sucralose.
METHOD OF USE
The product can be used as it is, adding 50 g (3 level scoops to 100 ml of water, milk or yogurt. It is possible to vary the amount of liquid to obtain the desired density. Alternatively it can be used as an ingredient to prepare a delicious dessert.
Dissolve 50g per day (3 scoops) in at least 100ml of water or skimmed milk. For best results use a shaker. The product can be used alone, or in addition to normal flour to prepare biscuits and other baked goods.
