Gluten-free oat flakes flour (Avena sativa L.), whey protein concentrate (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), egg white powder, whey protein isolate (emulsifier: soy lecithin), flavouring; raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate; sweetener: sucralose; pregelatinized corn starch, sodium chloride; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum.

Instructions for use
Add 50 g of "low sugars pancake" preparation (2 level measuring spoons) to 50 ml of water. Mix with a whisk or in a shaker until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Heat a non-stick pan until hot, for 1 pancake pour half the mixture and cook for a few minutes until bubbles form, turn the pancake and cook on the other side. To speed up cooking you can use a lid, preferably transparent.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and/or heat sources.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
Validity of Italian packaging: 24 months.
