Food supplement based on Lyc-Omega® 10 AL (vegetable DHA) and Linseed Oil.

It does not contain gluten, lactose and milk derivatives, allergens, dyes, GMOs, sweeteners. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Omega 3, 6 and 9 are essential for the proper functioning of the body.

Omega-3, omega-6, omega 9 are necessary because:
- they protect the heart and improve its activity
- protect the skin by regulating its functions
- regulate the functions of the nervous system
- delay aging (antioxidant activity)
- avoid the accumulation of cholesterol and triglycerides on the arterial walls
- reduce the risk of stroke and thrombosis and hypertension

Components and main activities

Omega 3

They come almost exclusively from fish (especially fatty fish from the North seas: tuna, mackerel, anchovy, herring). Exception: the vegetable oils of linseed and rosehip. The best known is alpha-linolenic acid. The body obtains: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), an essential component of the visual receptors and gray matter of the brain. They protect the cardiovascular system. They reduce the level of triglycerides.
