Description
Food supplement with sweetener.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bed). Ashwagandha promotes relaxation and mental well-being, while lavaleriana promotes sleep and relaxation in case of stress.

Ingredients
Water, ashwagandha KSM-66 [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root extract 5% withanolides, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract tit. 0.42% valerenic acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); acidifier: citric acid; ethanol; preservative: dipotassium sorbate; sweetener: sucralose; melatonin, aroma.

The product may contain milk and soy .

Instructions for use
