Ingrediants:

Organic rooibos 34%, organic chamomile flowers 33%, organic cocoa peel 10%, organic licorice, organic vanilla extract 3%, organic cinnamon, organic cardamom, organic lemon balm extract, organic nutmeg, organic ginger, cloves bio, organic black pepper.

How to use:

Pour boiling water over the filter. Leave to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor. Add milk and sweeten to taste.
