Food supplements useful in mood alterations and in conditions of excessive psychophysical stress. Also recommended in case of irritability, states of physical fatigue, asthenia, and aging.
Crocina
It has an inhibitory action on the re-uptake of dopamine and noradrenaline.
Safranal
It has an inhibitory action on the re-uptake of serotonin. It is also responsible for the characteristic odor.

Ingrediants
Saffron powder contains about 150 functional substances, 4 of which are particularly active in the central nervous system: crocetin; crocin; pyrochrocin; safranal.

How to use
We recommend taking one capsule a day, preferably in the middle of the day.
