How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, take for example for 40 days: once a day half a teaspoon of ultrafine powder (1 g), dissolved in 250 ml of water, mix and drink at mealtimes. As needed, the dose can be increased slowly up to 2, maximum 3 times a day.

Warnings
After taking the drug, a time interval of at least 2 hours should be observed. Do not use together with alcoholic beverages, caffeine and together with acidic drinks such as grapefruit, orange, lemon and pineapple juice.
If the diet is not rich in liquids, constipation can occur in rare cases. This effect depends on the dosage taken and can be avoided by adequate fluid intake and by reducing the dosage. If constipation occurs, increase fluid intake, and reduce dosage and, if necessary, consult your doctor. In rare cases, a feeling of bloating, abdominal pain or nausea may occur due to psyllium husks. This effect is often dose dependent and can be avoided by adequate fluid intake and dose reduction. Zeolite MED is not an alternative to an allergy drug.
