Zer% Gluten has baked delicious gluten-free pastry biscuits, crumbly and rich in taste, to take with you for breakfast outside the home or as a snack to break hunger. They are super greedy, because they are enriched with many chocolate chips.

Palm oil free

The recipe does not include the use of palm oil, which has been replaced by more noble fats.

Without yeast

The product excludes the presence of leavening agents, brewer's yeast or natural yeast from sourdough.

Gluten free
