Vegan

The recipe does not include the use of ingredients of animal origin or its derivatives.

Without yeast

The product excludes the presence of leavening agents, brewer's yeast or natural yeast from sourdough.

With extra virgin olive oil

The recipe calls for the use of extra virgin olive oil.
