Organic buckwheat flour.

NOTE: With the passage from the label to the printed reel, which is covering all formats, the term "wholemeal" was removed from the ingredients, not because the type of flour used or the product changed, but because it was not entirely correct the previous definition. In fact, buckwheat being a pseudo-cereal does not have this product classification. The flour used and the product are exactly the same as before and the nutritional values and properties are unaltered.
