METHOD OF USE

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with meals and for a continuous period of at least 2 months; the dosage can be increased up to 3 capsules per day.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet for a healthy lifestyle. The product should be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
