Zymerex® Gastro Activ 3 Actions is indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux in order to reduce related symptoms, such as heartburn, heartburn in pregnancy, reflux esophagitis, acid regurgitation, indigestion, nocturnal symptoms from reflux, cough, laryngeal pharyngeal inflammation.

HOW IT WORKS

Zymerex® Gastro Activ 3 Actions is characterized by the presence of magnesium alginate and carbonates and carries out its activity thanks to a physical mechanism of action. In contact with the acid pH of the stomach, magnesium alginate (natural polymer extracted from brown algae) reacts forming a gel while the carbonates release carbon dioxide allowing the gel to float and thus form a plug that mechanically prevents the juices from rising. gastric to the esophagus. The presence of bicarbonate also helps reduce stomach acid. Thanks to its peculiar characteristics, the product protects the esophageal mucosa from the aggression of acids by exerting a barrier effect. This promotes regeneration and helps prevent the risk of reflux esophagitis relapse. The formula, characterized by a specific balance between magnesium alginate and carbonates, promotes rapid action.

RECOMMENDATION AND DOSAGE

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 or 4 tablets after main meals and at bedtime. The tablets must be chewed well. Their intake can also be followed by the ingestion of water.

WARNINGS

Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package. Do not use in case of severe renal insufficiency. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the components. In case of unwanted reactions, stop the treatment and consult your doctor. The product may interfere with the absorption of oral medicines. It is therefore advisable to consult your doctor in case of simultaneous intake of medicinal products for oral use, which must in any case be administered at a distance of at least 2 hours.
